We Collect Personal Information

For the purpose of this notice, “Corporate Transactions” refers to transfers of personal information in the event we sell or transfer, or are considering selling or transferring, all or a portion of our business or assets.  “Special Circumstances” describe situations where we disclose personal information to third parties when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to: (i) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or other legal obligation; (ii) protect or prevent harm or financial loss; or (iii) detect, investigate and help prevent security, fraud or technical issues.  “Affiliated Companies” describe our affiliated entities and wholly owned subsidiaries.  “Products” describe our websites, applications that run on mobile devices and tablets, retail stores, call center, and other products and services.
