Important Details About Your Rebate

• Rebate is in the form of a Visa* prepaid card Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company pursuant to license by Visa Int. *Trademark of Visa International Service Association and used under license by Peoples Trust Company.
• The Visa® prepaid card can be used at any merchant that accepts Visa® debit cards.
• The Visa® prepaid card is not redeemable for cash or usable at any ATM.
• Pay close attention to the expiration date of the prepaid card, which is valid through the last day of the month printed on the front of the prepaid card.
• You will not have access to any unused funds after expiration, subject to applicable law, and lost or expired cards will not be replaced.

Qualifications

Online rebate with purchase offer: valid only with qualified purchase made in Canada between 4/1/2020 and 6/30/2020 or while supplies last. Void where prohibited by law. No rain checks. Valid with the original, dated, paid receipt for the purchase of four (4) new qualifying Hercules tires from a participating retail dealer and a completed online redemption. Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, or promotion. Tires must be purchased in a single transaction. Offer form must be postmarked or submitted online by 07/31/20. Offer not valid on purchase by wholesalers, dealer, fleets, OEM customers, or other commercial entities. Requests from those with an invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be denied. Limit two (2) Hercules Tires Visa Prepaid Cards per household. Visa prepaid card is given to you as a reward, refund, rebate or gift and no money has been paid by you for the card.
